How this works:

  1. When purchasing web support time, this money is credited to your account and held on file to use as needed.
    • Credit never expires
    • We service WordPress websites only
  2. Support tickets are timed and this time is invoiced against the credit on your account.
    • If you do not have a pre-determined billing rate on file with us, you will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $97/hr.
    • If you would like a contracted hourly billing agreement, please contact us here.
  3. When credit runs out, you will be notified to either buy more time or asked to put a card on file for automatic billing.
  4. If you would like to hold a credit card on file and have us bill against it automatically, that is also available. Please contact us here.

Every support ticket is different and because of that, we will do our best to work as quickly and efficiently as possible. If troubleshooting an issue, please understand it could take much longer at which point we will contact you to discuss options.

Hours of support are:

  • Mon –  Thurs:  9am – 5pm
  • Fri:  9am – noon
  • Closed Saturday and Sunday

For emergency situations over the weekend the hourly rate doubles.
