Website Project Assessment

PLEASE READ before beginning the assessment:

1. We strongly recommend you set aside at least 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete.
2. Completely fill out ALL fields.  If we are asking for 5 examples, then we expect 5 examples.
3. Be honest. 
4. Relax, this isn’t a test. It is only to help us understand what it is you need.
5. A few minutes after you have completed the form you will receive a link to schedule a meeting to discuss your project in more depth. If you do not see the email, search for the subject “Welcome to the Project Process”
