      • You can view ticket status and updates to the ticket by logging into the support desk
  3. Watch your email for ticket updates.
    •  Once we reply to the ticket AND if there is no further action needed your ticket will close in 10 days.
    • If there is additional action needed, please let us know right away by replying to that email.
