|☆| Check your email for email #1

  • If the email is there, cool!
  • If there is no receipt, check your SPAM or Junk Folder and whitelist and by adding us to your contacts or writing a filter.

|☆| Watch for email #2:

  • Head on over to the support desk and  open a ticket. Once your ticket is submitted you’ll receive an email. You can always log back in to view your ticket or open a new one.

|☆| Watch your email for ticket updates.

  •  Once we reply to the ticket AND if there is no further action needed your ticket will close in 10 days.
  • If there is additional action needed, please let me know right away by replying to that email or by logging in.
